The organizer, RichWorks International Sdn Bhd (“Organizer” or “RichWorks”), hereby confirms that you have agreed to all terms and conditions set as follows:
All learning materials and application methods on this platform are the intellectual property of the Organizer and are subject to intellectual property laws, namely the Copyright Act 1987 and the Trademark Act 2019. Reproduction, printing, publication, or redistribution of the learning materials and application methods is strictly prohibited.
Any audio, visual, camera recordings, or similar activities are NOT permitted, and the Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action.
The Organizer PROHIBITS any party from conducting similar training or using the name and methods associated with this program without written permission from the Organizer, who is the rightful owner of the related intellectual property.
The Organizer PROHIBITS activities such as collecting participant data/details, selling goods, or any other activities without written approval from the Organizer.
You must comply with the rules set throughout your participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate your participation if you violate any terms, and the program fee will not be refunded.
Only participants aged 18 and above are allowed to register and/or participate in this program.
The Organizer will ensure participants’ personal data complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will not disclose it to unrelated parties for any purpose.
The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the delivery method without prior notice.
You may choose to pay in full or in installments. For installment payments, the first payment must be made during program registration, with subsequent installments starting the following month.
All monthly installment payments will be automatically deducted. Participants can only access the platform and enjoy all modules if their payments are up to date. Failure to settle monthly payments will result in access suspension until outstanding payments are cleared.
All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to other programs organized by the Organizer.
You will receive a password for platform access upon successful registration. It is your responsibility not to share the password or sell the access link to others.
For full payment, platform access is valid for one year. For installment payments, access depends on monthly installment payments being up to date.
It is your responsibility to fully utilize the modules provided on the platform. The Organizer is not responsible for any circumstances. Replacement, repetition, or rescheduling is not allowed after registration.
You must ensure all necessary equipment, including a stable internet connection, is in optimal condition for program participation.
